Field Use Guidelines

The use of the field is subject to the agreement and acceptance of the following conditions of use.

• Please be mindful of the time you are required to exit the field to ensure the next hirer has use at their allotted time. 
• Please do not enter the field until the previous customer has securely exited with their dog.  
• All dogs must be fully up-to-date with their vaccinations and worming for the safety and welfare of all users. 
• It is the hirer's/dog owners responsibility to clean up after their dog. Understandably, it can sometimes be difficult to find if your dog does their business a long way from you, so we would kindly ask any dog poo found you scoop and dispose of, and if other users do the same, we can all work together for a clean environment for the dogs. 
• Please leave the field in the way you would like to find it, it is inspected at least twice daily and we work hard to keep it in good condition.
• Please consider this is a field so in poorer weather can become muddy in places, even in summer months, morning dew is on the grass therefore appropriate footwear is advised.
• Please do not allow your dogs to dig in the field. 
• Do not litter the field, this obviously poses a danger to the dogs and wildlife.  
• Payment is to be made prior to arrival during the booking process. Unfortunately any cancellations without a minimum of 24 hours notice cannot be refunded. 
• For safety reasons, the field is open based on daylight hours.
• Any children must be supervised at all times.
• Please do not climb on the fencing or gates.
• The grass is cut regularly between hires and dependent on weather conditions, therefore can sometimes be longer than others. Snuffle areas of longer grass are sometimes left for the dog's enjoyment.
• All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. 
• Please ensure you have parked your vehicle in a safe manner within the carpark and avoid blocking the lane access. There is a pull in point just after you come in that allows you to see if there is still a car in the carpark, please stay at this point keeping your dog in the car until they leave. 
•  Some customers use this field because their dog/s may suffer with anxiety in the presence of other dogs, so please be respectful of this.
• Loss, theft, injury, damage or accidents sustained to personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the field is not the responsibility of PupStars Paddock.
• PupStars Paddock will not be held responsible for any client or pet during the hire of the field and is used at the hirer's own risk
