Pupstars Paddock Field Guidelines

Please review the following guidelines, to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

1. *Entering and Exiting:*

*Arrive on time - Please don't arrive more than 5 minutes before your booked time.

*Wait for clearance - If the previous user is still in the car park or the gate is closed, kindly wait in your vehicle at the top of the driveway, until they have left. Ensuring your dog(s) stay safely secured in your vehicle.

(NB- should they over run into your time slot please let us know)

2. *Car Parking*

An enclosed / airlock system is place . All dog(s) must be kept on lead in this area, it's purpose is to double protect against your dog(s) slipping their lead/harness.  

3. *Carpark Gate On Entry*

First priority that must be adhered to at all times. As soon as you have driven into the carpark, park your vehicle, then with your dogs still secure within your car, please close and lock the gate. Use the latch on the carpark gate to keep it closed, there is a Field In Use, Do Not Enter sign, in full view to ensure no one else is to enter.  


4. * Holding Area / Water Station*

This area is to allow you time to organise both you and your dog(s) for entering and exiting the field.

The wash / drinking station, is tap water. A bowl is left in this area for your dog(s) all we ask is give it a quick wash, prior to using with the products provided.

*Padlock - The padlock is there to stop other people just entering the field without booking. It can be used for you to be able to lock yourself in if you wish. When leaving the field can you please lock the padlock and jumble up the numbers again.


*Exit smoothly - Have your dog(s) back in your vehicle promptly at the end of your session to allow the next user to enter safely. This helps ensure safety and minimises contact between dogs.

5. *Carpark Gate on Exit*

Please make sure your dog(s) are secure back in your vehicle before opening this gate to leave.  This gate must always be left open on your departure, ready for the next customer.


*Dog Waste:*

*Pick it up - Let's work together to keep the field clean and safe for everyone by always cleaning up after your dog, even if the field is muddy.

*Dispose of it properly - Please use the designated bins provided.

6. *Time Management:*

*Be mindful of others- Respect the time slots and avoid overstaying your booking, as this can cause issues for the next user. As some customers use this field because they have reactive or nervous dogs


*Allow for transition- Be prepared to leave promptly at the end of your session to allow for the next user to enter. We work on a 15 minute buffer system, to try and ensure customers dont overlap, this will only work with your help by following these guidelines.  


7. *Additional Reminder

*Supervise children- Children must be supervised, at all times within the field.

*No climbing- Please do not climb on the fencing or gates.
*No exercising outside the field- Do not exercise your dog outside the secure field area.

*Booked members only- Ensure you have registered and booked your session, and had your confirmation before attending.
