🐾When booking your slot with Pupstars Paddock, you are agreeing that you have read our Terms & Conditions.
🐾Bookings are for a 1 hour slot @ £10
🐾You have a full 60 minutes, we just ask that you arrive and leave promptly. We do allow a 15 minute buffer between bookings, this is to make sure you don't meet other field users.
Please be respectful of this, as we do have customers who visit here, because they have reactive or anxious dogs, and this is their stress free space.
🐾Please Note: Bookings cannot be cancelled, but can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
🐾Once you have booked, you will receive a booking confirmation, the gate padlock code will be sent via a text message , titled- AQUITY UK - 2 hours prior to your booked slot.
🐾On your first visit, we will meet you at the carpark for a very short induction, just to show you where everything is and answer any questions, or we will send a short video to run through our gates system🐾
🐾We can also arrange that you pop up, without your dog(s) before your first visit
